The other nearby ski areas of Powder Mountain and Wolf Mountain are also immensely popular ski destinations. The Eccles Dinosaur Park, with its many animatronic dinosaurs is a huge draw for families with curious children. Originally founded as a railroad hub in 1846, the city has a number of vintage buildings and history museums, such as the Daughters of Utah Pioneers Museum and the Browning Firearms Museum, which explore various aspects of the region's past.
