Our law firm was founded in Utah by Keith Barton who opened its first office in Salt Lake City in December 1992. Our entire law practice is devoted to helping injured people recover settlements for their injuries as well as providing a tough defense for those facing a complicated criminal justice system. Our mission is to treat every client with care and respect, protect their rights and guide them in their pursuit of justice.
In order to help injured people throughout the country, Keith Barton has formed associations with law firms across the United States. Our firm currently represents people from Fen-Phen, Sulzer, and Vioxx. We currently represent over 4000 people from across the country that took the diet drugs Fen-Phen. We have also represented hundreds of women in connection with their silicon gel breast implant claims.
